I am nursing student & the information I give is from what my seniors, teachers lecturers ,nursing staff  & peer  has told me .

So its a valid & realistic .

1). Government Jobs :

Government hospitals every year organise & conduct entrances like AIIMS NORCET ,for nursing students so to get opportunity to work as  nursing staff in hospital 

My seniors has appeared in the exam and now they are working in the government hospitals like safdarjung & AIIMS as nursing officer.

 Salary : They are earning 70-80 k monthly .

Shifts : nursing staff in government hospitals work in different shifts.

There are 3 shifts

 morning ( 6 hrs ), evening (6hrs) & night (12hrs).

Advantages :

a). Attractive salary

b).job security 

c).Government gives gazetted holidays & maternity leaves also .

d). Small tea breaks & parties .

Disadvantages:

a). Difficult exam & extreme competition .

b). Work load 

2).Private hospitals like appolo, holy family ,akash ,max hospitals 

They hier or appoint nurses on d basis of  official interviews .

Advantages : 

a). selection procedure is easy 

b). Get popular to expore new technologies 

Disadvantages : 

a).low salary 17k to 22k per annum .

b).No job security .

3). Contract base government jobs 

Government hospitals also provide contract base jobs 

a). Time limited for 1 year or 2 year .

 b).don't have high salary 40k per annum 

Selection : interview bases .

3).Abroad nursing

 

Clear 2 exams

 A). IELTS (international English language test )

That needs 7 bands .

B). CBT & interview
